Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- We only ship to Italy via express couriers (Poste Italiane and SDA).
- The cost of standard shipping is €7.50.
- Express shipping is free for orders over €49.90.
- Delivery times range from 1 to 4 working days, depending on the area.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we will try to contact you. For special requests, please contact us at info@bottega42.it .
Commissioned digital illustrations are not physical products and will not be shipped. Delivery times and methods for digital files will be agreed upon via email.
Returns
You can return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start the return procedure, write to us at info@bottega42.it indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
Return conditions:
- The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
After receiving the return authorization, you have 14 days to ship the products to the following address:

We recommend using tracked shipping, especially for items over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your package otherwise.
Products excluded from return:
- Gift vouchers
- Customized or made-to-order products
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the outcome of the inspection.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
The refunded amount includes the price of the product and the initial shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
